Therefore, we often find ourselves feeling depleted, overwhelmed, tired but wired, anxious, off balance, stuck or limiting beliefs & self-doubt dominate our thoughts.

We spend time trying to find balance, building wellbeing routines BUT never feeling any better or find it hard to stick with them. This is because we are DOING all the time & not BEing.

Unless our wellbeing habits & rituals are based in our feminine, allowing us realign our energy & nervous system with our natural rhythms they won't really work for us.
