Workshops and Classes in Wokingham
Join us for a monthly guided meditation using essential oils.
Thursday 23rd May at 7.30pm, Thursday 20th June at 7.30pm, Thursday 25th July at 7.30pm.
The blends are taken from the book I am fabulous.
We will take a different blend every month and learn about the properties before using the blend in a guided meditation.
You are able to take home the blend home and continue the meditation practice throughout the month. This will really help to enhance the benefits of both the meditation and the oils with continued use.
Your knowledge of the oils will increase along with the healing effects of obtained by using them in a mindful way.
The investment is £15 per session.

Every Wednesday at 10am or 7.45pm.
Drop in welcome.
Each session will support you to clear your mind of distracting thoughts, provide space to bring inner calm and offer you the opportunity to reach a deeper level of relaxation.
This will be your protected space and time to embrace inward focus.
